Anyone else having issues with the 3D rendering of tables?
I just noticed this after a recent Windows 10 update. Full disclosure, I'm using a Macbook Air running Windows 10 via BootCamp. I have run this setup for some time now and not had an issue until this last Windows update..
I first noticed this on Version 4.10.something and just updated to 4.11.499 and it still renders the 3D tables as seen below:
Thoughts?

yes mine is doing the same on 3 different computers
New beta 4.11.549 up with the fix for this issue.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Uninstalling windows update KB5006670 solved this for me
