LtFt B2 is always at 25

Hey guys I hope you guys can shed some light on my issue here. I had been running my truck in open loop up until today. Im trying to get it dialed in so it can utilize the fuel trims. i installed O2 sensors and they seem to be reading just fine but as soon as it switches to closed loop one of the O2 sensors MV reading tanks. Also i notice the LtFt B2 is always at 25%. I have a gen 3 5.3L with a MS4 cam and a whipple supercharger. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You may have your o2 sensors flip flopped. One bank is super lean and the other super rich per the fuel trims.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
