O2 sensor says rich, but maxed out positive LTRIM and STRIMS?

Happening only on one bank, if O2 looked like it was buried negative Id say obvious exhaust leak, but its the opposite. Idling/cruising it keeps adding fuel even though the O2 is buried rich, injector pusewidth is double on that bank vs the other. Any idea what would be causing this didnt do it until driven around for a while... clearedthenlearn log shows it reset and slowly resorting to it

Even with the OEM program loaded in, still does the same thing. This is a log with Control Goal Voltage and Default Goal Voltage and B1S1 def has an odd ccontrol goal voltage compared to the rest from startup on after???

Does anyone actually know what those values are, affect and do? Also the heater DC (duty cycle I assume) reads 84% B2S2 while others are at 9-1-2% drastically different

Has that 02 sensor been replaced? Personally I only use OEM 02 sensors on Mopar stuff because they use a ground offset which most aftermarket 02 sensors don't get right.

I BELIEVE it was a connector issue at the ECU. The rotator lever would skip on teeth sometimes and looked like it was seated all the way (plugged and unplugged multiple ECUs multiple times), but after pushing the latches shut with some picks very carefully while pushing connectors in - we never had a problem since
