    Logging Wideband through Rear O2

    Hello all,

I did some searching and I couldn't find anything which leads me to believe there is a good reason no one does this but let me ask anyways.
When I had Mistubishi EVO I was able to log my wideband through the rear O2 sensor after I put a test pipe in.
Obviously you disabled the the pertinent errors.
This was a 5v sensor going in a 1v sensor position, I am not sure if the Mitsubishi had a particularly robust input that could handle the extra 4v or what.
Would this cause an issue on 1998 Corvette? I see the common hookup is the EGR pin or AC Pressure switch, but given this car is about to get headers and run cat-less the rear O2's are going to be removed either way.

    Thanks for any input,
    Dave W.

There is just no way to make the narrowband signal pins read 0-5v. Voltages above... something like 1.20v? simply will not register. It'll peg out and show the max at all times, since the WB reading at 1.20v and less is very very rich (going by AEM data, 1.25v is 10.28:1).

    Ok,

So it sounds like the Mitsubishi was the exception not the standard, thanks!
