big issues? questions ab OS

right now im running a 3 bar os, ive been running into issues and just got some questions if someone can check it out this is a old tune not recent, it was rough. but that's besides the point my question is when i go to the info tab on my tune it says v6 but the os is v8? not sure can you confirm? also I read that even with the v6 computer it doesn't like to run a v8 I do have 2 other computers both v8 I don't mind licensing to get this thing right. so is the v6 computer different? does it have different limits

This is a P01 ECM used for GM Gen3 V8 OR 4.3L V6

V8 and V6 both use the P01, the same physical hardware. The operating systems are different.

If you click over to the Overview tab it says 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 5.3L, V8, GM_P01
