When you say "not working" what do you mean? What is it doing? What does the EGR voltage PID show?

No idea on the F-body EGR pin.

the egr position voltage pid shows nothing. i have egr enabled on editor and i brought up the EGR controls on the scanner and manually turned them on... still nothing.

on the table where the EGR / Wideband should be it shows 'undefiened pereimeter' or something along the lines of that, but only once its connected and scanning

But its pin 47 for EGR position on a 2000 fbody right? i also have an aem uego Wideband
I believe the pintle pin position is Blue 55 on the LS1 PCM and the sensor ground would be blue 23. On a 2000 F-Body the wires should already be there as the car came with EGR...55 should be a Brown wire, and 23 should be purple.

Are you suppose to hook it to the 5v reference for the EGR or the EGR position signal wire?

EGR position signal AND sensor ground, not 5 volt reference...thats an output from your PCM...2 wires must be hooked up...at least that's how I've had to hook mine up (my NGK AFX has a 0-5 volt and a ground reference to wire in).

I have my 99 FSM in the trunk of my car actually...but I will try to remember to grab it and look up the correct pins again to be absolutely certain tomorrow for you if I can.

I have OCD so I just went out and checked...pin 47 is the 5 volt reference wire, think of it as an output...GM is using it to power the sensor...pin 55 is the input...this goes to your wideband O2 controller's 0-5 volt output, and I believe I was mistaken about the ground...it's pin 41...the PCM needs to see the voltage differential between the ground the the input...voltage is like pressure...you can't measure it unless you reference it to something else...and in this case, you need to reference it to the ground...so if that ground pin is not hooked up, you'll probably continue to see 0 volts on the input.

    Dude what? LOL

I know the signal wire going from the wideband needs to hook to PIN 55. But in your previous post you said something about the EGR having a pin pistion, a 5v REF, and a ground.
I assumed the ground on the EGR needed to be grounded as well. Not trying to pick a fight but if your gonna give advice on a forum have patience for those not as smart as you.

How many wires does your wideband controller have? It should get ignition power, chassis ground, 5 volt out and sensor ground. Sensor ground to pin 41, otherwise the pcm can't see the voltage differential from the other wire that you put on pin 55.

i got it hooked up guys thanks again. it seems to be off by .2-.4 from what the gauge is reading and from what hptuners is. should i play with the last variable in the function, like change the 10 to 9.8?
