2.2L Ecotec L61 P11 need help

I'm running a 2.2L L61 with the P11 computer.
I installed this in an off road buggy.
I was recording full throttle pulls up a steep hill.
After about 5,700 rpm the computer goes and makes the injectors go to 100% duty cycle so it runs super rich at the same time it drops my timing by 10?
The commanded AFR also goes from 11.50 to 11.60
Something is causing this to happen but I cannot figure it out.
Are there any hidden charts that I cannot get to?

I now my tuning is probably way off but I'm learning.
I've been leaning it out because it runs supper rich but I think there is another problem.

This just doesn't make sense to me.
Same thing happen on the other runs I recorded.
I'm at a lost on how to fix this or what would cause this.
Any insight would be great.
