ON WOT on my new shift points it will not go into next gear

So I am getting the power to 6700 rpm which I have dialed in. However it then coughs and will not shift into the next gear on wot. Attached is my tune. What table do I have to change to enable a shift on wot to happen? Attached is the tune.

I just read spool boys comment. "And that is what happens when you turn off torque management" in another thread. I will turn it back on and see if that does the trick.

Well I figured out my problem and I still have torque management all off.

On mine anyway the WOT shift table I thought was for shift rpm is for how fast it shifts so I had to go in the negatives instead of 6100 rpm.
