Trouble reading 19 GLI 259Q

Hey all!

I tried do a bit of searching but did not find much regarding this. I am new to HPtuners but just picked up a mpvi2+ to tune my 19 gli 259Q box code. I went to read the vehicle today in order to download the base file as well as license the Vin. When doing so it pulls up the box code and software version, then i get a failed to receive flash data error.

I did submit a request about this linking an info log i ran. Ill link it here incase anyone has some advice wile i wait for support.

5G0906259Q is simos18.10. I have a random file from 259Q_0005 and it works just fine. I have frf/bin for both 0005 and 0007 and they are the same file structure / definition file. No reason for 0007 to not work properly with HPT. It just seems to be detecting it incorrectly.

And GTI and GLI run exact same box code/ECU, so yes your vehicle should work 100%, despite not being listed as a "supported" vehicle by HPT. Same for the 1.8T guys. Not actually "supported", but all of their files work just fine and HPT has been great about adding support as they pop up.
