Looks like we've already handled the no sync issue, with that said the device you purchased from summit does not have any credits associated with it so you would need to contact summit for resolution on the credits(its likely they shipped you a device with 0 credits by accident).
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
