shift times

Hey guys, please forgive me for another inexperienced post question but I do have a question. Why are my shift times at 1-2 so slow at part throttle and so fast at wot because if I lower the shift time for 1-2 won't it make it to fast at wot? The first pull I did was with traction control on and then the second one was with it off and then I did two part throttle shifts all the way through the gears. And yes I'm running without TR, sorry.
