Good morning all!

Wondering if anyone has been able to slow the speed of downshifting while in tow haul. More like an engine brake. I know the factory 6.7 will do it as I drive one for work everyday and if you put it in tow haul and have engine braking on it will almost slip into gear while off the throttle and slow you down.

When I tried to do it on mine I get a VERY harsh downshift with no slipping of the converter so it?s locked. With the 6.7 it dis engages the TC and slips into gear and then re enables TC slowly.

Trying not to rip my rear end out testing this idea! Any insight would be great! Thank you!
