High idel issue

67 Camaro ls3 swapped. Everything was fine for about 4000 miles. Now the car is having a high idle issue. I have replaced the tps 4 time, replaced the iac as well. You can unplug and reset the tps, restart the car and it will idel, drive and shift fine untile you get on the highway then once you accelerate whe you let off the tps reading will stay around 16-22% and it will get torque converter shudder when slowing down. The throttle blade is not sticking and it will stay this way until you unplug and reset the tps then it will idel normal until you go drive it again

Try after the reset to remove the errors that have arisen (remaining) in this case

- remove the "negative" terminal for up to 1 minute
- put on a clamp
- turn on the ignition for up to 1 second
- turn off the ignition and wait about 30 seconds
