17" silverado tune.

Hey would anyone wanna help me out. I got a tune a while back for my silverado and it was working good for a while. I did notice a little rough idle at first as in motor would shake a little more than usual. rpms dont fluctuate at all. fuel mileage dropped after two months. I'm guessing plugs are starting to foul out. also its got a a hard upshift i noticed to from 1st to second. Could anyone help me out and look over the file please. also before the tune i installed long tube headers and a muffler, only mods i have so far. does anyone recommend doing aftermarket torque converters, i heard its the first thing to go out on the tranny. also did the thermostat delete on the tranny so temps are running alot cooler now. 5.3l with the 6l80 tranny.Im willing to pay someone if they help me correctly do it instead of half assing build me a tune like the last guy lol
