    fires then dies

We have a 1947 chevy truck sitting on an 2006 envoy frame. Truck will crank fire and immediately die. the specs are as follows
5.7 LS! gen IV 58x wheel Texas speed 212/218 cam. The Harness is a painless ls2 harness designed for a 2006 and up truck 4l65e. The transmission is the stock 4l65e from the envoy. The tables look completely different from the stock 06 envoy tune to the tune that the trans has now. The vats are deleted. im seeing 158 mph from the vss, however inputs i believe should be different for this trans. the tcm is from a 2006-7 express van. attached are the data logs, and tune file. any help would be great.

That's no longer anything to do with a 2006 Envoy, as it's a 2008 Tahoe E38 and a 58x motor and an aftermarket harness. None of the 2006 E40 stuff applies anymore.

Not much to go on from that log, but looks like its not commanding enough fuel atfter start. Start up is rich and it fires, but once it tries to go to stoich there is not enough fuel. Is the injector data correct for the injectors?

Where are you located? The MAP sensor only reads 84 kPa with KOEO. If you're located at an area of relatively high elevation, it could be correct, otherwise, it could be the incorrect MAP sensor data. What is the 8 digit part number on the side of the injectors?

You've got the wrong calibration data for your MAP sensor. It should read around 98-99 kPa with the engine off. What part number is your MAP sensor?

Fuel Injector 12580681 was commonly used in 2007 and 2008 Trucks with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engines. It was also used with the TBSS.

The Injector Flow rate table in your tune is configured for these Fuel Injectors.

The MAP parameters are configured for a Delphi MAP Sensor - used in Trucks from 1999 to 2008.

You have an older LS1 5.7L engine - and you mentioned changing the crankshaft reluctor from the original 24x to 58x. Did you also use a 4x camshaft socket ? Are you using a front cover (timing chain cover) with the Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor in the front cover ?

well we fixed the no start issue, its a flywheel problem, we had slight starter noise, which we never thought it was related, flywheel was wedging itself against the starter, we shimmed it and boom shes running, two months and turns out it was the flywheel, thank yall for yalls help, we found a ton more issues with the truck tearing it apart to search for the issue.
