Interface not found or not responding

About six months ago I needed my HP Tuner, and got that error ... I requested help, and about three days later they told me to uninstall and reinstall the program ... I just needed it and uninstalled it and it stoo gives the same error!
    I need help ASAP ... can't wait 3 days!

I sure hope somebody here can help ... THANKS!

    EDIT:

Resync interface in the help menu UNLESS you have an MPVI1. If so, you need to go into the HP Tuners site, log in and get your application key...

If you click show license options what happens?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
