2005 Cummins g56 ecm not flashing. Gets to 60% then says failed timed out. Fuel pump fuse pulled, disconnected batteries etc. Anyone run into this before and any solutions. Have charger on and voltage is steady. Thanks for any help in advance

Make sure ecm have good power...look at connector(obd2 port...tipm connector...ect
