Help with 6L80E Hard Bump/Feel on 6-3 Downshift

Hello, just as the title states. Looking for a bit of info. Transmission upshifts smooth and downshifts smooth unless you go full throttle and it downshifts to 3rd. It feels like it slams into 3rd a lot harder than any other gear. Torque management is enabled. Any thing I should look for? Tune attached for reference.

drop your 4-3 shift speed down by 10~15mph, that'll prevent it from going past 4th gear.

Is that edited under Full Throttle Shift Speed>Normal>4-3?
