I've been an HPT user for over 10 years now, but had only used my Windows 7 laptop in the past. I recently got a new Windows 10 laptop. When I tried to connect to a vehicle, it said it couldn't see the interface. I updated drivers and that seemed to fix the issue. However, now that it sees the interface, it says a firmware update is needed and that the firmware update has failed (Erasing OpSys 1 failed is the actual message). I manually downloaded the newest firmware version from the HPT site, extracted the files, and ran the setup successfully. However, I'm still getting the same "firmware update required" message and the red ERR light on the interface. Am I supposed to do something else after running the installer to upgrade the firmware? I need to figure this out tonight.

MPVI Channel A and B are showing driver version 2.8.28.0
