Torque Limit 2 and Stall Torque Management

Searched as much as I could on these parameters but not much info on these. What does torque limit 2 enable/disable under tip in limiting and stall torque management do exactly ? Also interested in Stall torque management I have a high stall converter and think stall TM might be pulling out some power.
