Does anyone have a 2004 vin number I can use for a ref smog situation.
I have a 2000 silverado swapped with an LQ9 6.0 attached to a 4L60 transmission. Ref states I can make this a legal vehicle however I need to conform all emissions to a 2004 1500 K series with 4L60 trans. Program ID ect. So I need the program ID for this year vehicle and a VIN number to look up RPO codes for ref. Anyone have a donor VIN number I can use for this situation

Looks like This OS allows HP to flash into your controller and change the VIN (of Course you would have to have the P59 ECM)
