Car holds rpm with no throttle

Just had sc and tune installed when I let off gas car hold rpm after removing foot off throttle around 3k rpm can anyone help me understand why?

Ghosting throttle is most likely tuned related. Have your tuner take a look.

It will be most likely tuning related to the airflow, however a log with the appropriate channels such as the accelerator pedal position and TB position would be required to try and understand whats actually going on.
