Ford Explorer 2013 3.5 Non Eco-boost

I have a Ford Explorer 3.5 NA engine 2013. I was advised to post this here.

I am trying to adjust my shifting times 1-2 and 2-3 on the transmission. I want to make it to shift a little bit earlier.

On the VCM Editor, I do not see the complete shifting timing, Shifting properties and other tables to adjust timing of the shifting.
On the Trans I see:

Shifting Properties tab with 1 table called Boost time. On the torque converter I see some values but not tables like: General, Min Slip Upshift and Downshift. and Under the torque management I see one value which is Torque ;limit.

I am not sure if its supported for this certain vehicle.

On the VCM scanner I can see a lot of tables that are supported. I tried the Basic and Advanced tab same thing.


Anyone can advise ?

Submit a ticket to support, (They don't check forums) all of the transmission tables, pressure tables, shift timing tables, etc etc are def missing.
