HELP!! Computer crashed during TCM Write and now wont read TCM
My laptop crashed during TCM write in the editor and now HP Tuners will not write or read TCM, Is TCM done? Do I have any options? When try to Write I get message Unlicensed vehicle even though it is.

Possibly it could be perma-toast. At the least you will need a factory dodge programming tool to do a complete write.

This is what scares me with HP Tuners, I?ve had too many bricked ECM?s from it

Seems that way, only thing i can think of is to somehow write the vin to tcm so it can recognize it, my autel scanner has the ability but of course says it?s not supported on the tcm module.

You?d need to do a bench flash, it?s stuck in a boot loader for writing most likely.

This happened to me on my Audi, and it flashed NP after. Did you try to flash the stock unmodified file again?
