Been chasing leaks from intake to exhaust.Had maf scalling issues. Finally got some that squared away an now not sure but fuel trims high negitive still on one bank.possible 02 responce? that its failing an slow to respond running bank one rich?

Have you tried swapping sensors side to side yet to see if the issue follows the sensor?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
It's got a bank to bank issue causing it to go in and out of open loop. Bank 1 is super rich while bank 2 appears somewhat normal. Leaking injector bank 1 / misfire or vacuum leak bank 2? Possibly even restricted injector bank 2 if showing misfires? Logging misfires might help show the problem.

i logged missfires an had also logged indivigual injector m/s opening an seems that there not opening with relations to missfires so clogged?this was suddenly after tank of e85.Replaced hpfp o2 sensors, holding low prssure side of fuel, so down to wiring,or injectors.
A bad lifter can cause these issues as well. Especially if the intake valve is stuck open or having trouble opening/closing and the cylinder doesn't fire. Then the oxygen for that unburnt cylinder gets picked up by the O2 sensor and the ECU thinks it is running lean and adds fuel. This isn't the only scenario that it could happen. Misfires in general will cause a bank to run rich due to the O2 sensor picking up oxygen. Remember the O2 sensor senses Oxygen, not fuel.
