Most of these probably need to be asked in the particular section for the vehicle/platform in question. Things have changed a lot since this thread was started.

    Great list!!

Would it be possible to add:

Hey Sook, were you able to figure this out. In Burble settings I'm trying to figure out what Bypass DCMS means.
    Thanks

I may get flamed, but oh well. What do the colors mean when you look at the compare files and do changes?

It's fairly intuitive when you work with it some. I do remember stumbling across someone explaining it in a vid but I don't remember where. I think if you go down the rabbit hole and search things like "how to use HPT VCM soft ware" you will fine more info. than you want.
    Here are the basics:
Blue with a center white stripe, no change.
Green, different from the original file.
Green, white stripe, pink at bottom, you just changed it in that file and it is now different than the original.

There are a lot of short cuts that are learned (I don't know where) similar to key board hot keys or key stroke short cuts. This is also a perishable skill, as nice as it is to learn the short cuts, if you don't use them frequently, you loose them.

^ Thanks^ "perishable skill", gonna have to include that in my vocabulary. Seems pertinent.
