Cyl #7 seems like the suspect cylinder to me. That happens to be a DOD cylinder. Have you checked the lifters or verified anything mechanical there?
How old are the plugs? 7 is Definity an issue. Pull plug and see what it looks like. Spark plugs always tell the story of what's happening in the engine. No offense man, but your tune is all jacked up too. You are commanding low 11's for Power enrichment and spark is way low. Why is you amb senosr reading -40? Is that accurate or is it unplugged?

i had a similar problem it turned out to be the cam was worn on cylinder #6 and also dod lifter would come apart on that same cylinder
Might be a moot question, but does it misfire all the time or just WOT?
Had a simar issue that turned out being a sparkplug wire being just out of spec. The plug itself looked fine since 99% of the time it was working fine.
I always tune VVE....

well turns out the harness terminals on these are prone to loosing tension...problem solved no more ses light to see an wonder if it will ever be right.finally have few hundred miles under belt an good logs..
