I am working on calibrating a 2008 Saturn Sky base 2.4L that my shop has added all the turbo mechanical components from a 2.0 Sky Redline/Solstice GXP to. The MAF is blow-through in aftermarket piping supplied by ZZPerformance, and the MAP is a 3 bar LS9 12592525. I have a moderate amount of experience tuning standalone ECUs and a small amount of experience with flashing GM ECUs with HPTuners. I watched the HPAcademy Practical Reflash worked example on working over the MAF and VVE tables for E38 ECUs, and took similar steps throughout tuning this E37 ECU. After rescaling the MAF, when running in MAF-only, my AFRs under boost look good. When I switched over to making the MAF error out and finished tuning the VVE table, I also had pretty good AFRs. My issue arose after re-enabling the MAF and operating the ECU in its factory hybrid MAF-SD configuration. I cannot figure out for the life of me why it leans out under boost, then richens back up at 6000rpm, only when I have dynamic airflow set up. I have attached logs and calibrations of the last speed density cal, the last MAF cal, and my most recent hybrid cal. I have also included the factory calibration from this ECU when it was in a 2.4 NA application.
