545rfe 3-4 shift and 1st gear issue

My 2012 ram trans feels like the converter isn't locking properly after trans tune. It almost feels like it locks then unlocks while shifting into 4th during light to normal acceleration. Kind of like a shutter. 2nd issue is sometimes in 1st gear when I let off the gas it doesnt hold and feels like a high stall converter.

Which parameters do I need to look at to make adjustments?

They are set to unlock between shifts if locked up when a shift is called for, it could just be lockup in 3rd happens to be so close to the 4th gear shift that it?s locking in 3rd then immediately unlocking to shift into 4th.

Its a shudder when it hits 4th gear. Only under light/normal acceleration. I raised the tcc partial apply but it just barely made a difference.

It?s hard to say what it could be without seeing anything, could be any sort of things going on
