    VCM Scanner not interfacing usb c to usb c

    I bought a windows tablet specifically for this but it does not have a traditional usb 3.0 port. It only has a usb c port. When I connect the mpvi device to the tablet via usb c to usb c cable windows recognizes a device and installed drivers then said it was ready to go but VCM scanner is basically acting like no usb is plugged in. Hopefully there is a workaround have any of you been able to make this setup work?
