Cammed VZ L98 Mafless/SD will have a massive flat spot like throttle doesnt work briefly until you pump it twice then it never does it again until its restarted. It happens soon as you begin to move the car, wont do it while stationary.
Issue was there before the cam install and appeared after it was mafless tuned with stock cam.
I originally thought it was only after a reflash and have zeroed inj tip temp table but didnt fix it.

I just failed the MAF sensor in your tune. This should fix the issue.
