    Unlicensed Vehicle

    I have been getting this message when I am trying to do a write entire.

    I saved my ?as found? tune to my pc. Then opened that tune and applied a 2bar OS to it. Saved that file under a new name and closed it. I made no changes to the tune before I saved the first time. Opened it back up and made tuning changes necessary for the stuff I put on the car.

    Now when I go to write entire, as it says to do, it says unlicensed vehicle.

    It shows my vin and os a being a purchased when I go to license information.

    Also when if I go to write my ?as found? back to the car it want me to license it.

    Can anyone help me out as to what is going on?

    Have you contacted support? If so what is your ticket number? If not you should open a ticket with support at support at hptuners dot com
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
