im trying to get my hp tuner to connect on a 2010 e450 van and it keeps giving me a failed with controller unlocker x7f service not supported in active session. the bus was converted to cng. my snap on scan tool wouldnt read the ecm either so i thought the ecm was locked and decided to pick up another from flagship one. my scan tool will read now but hp tuner still gives this code. the van wont even try to start now due to security issue with the key but called the dealer and it doesnt have a chipped key so i was trying to delete the pats out of it but running into this. anyone know or seen a solution for this?
