When my fluid temp is below about 100F my torque converter clutch will apply whenever I go above about 40% throttle in all gears even when disabled in the tune. If I am cruising along below apply speed and at like 20% throttle and give it more throttle to speed up some, as soon as I get around 40% it locks up until I lift slightly. Once it is up above 100 degrees it only applies when it is supposed to. It even does this after I disable TCC in the tune. Am I missing something? I even changed the apply speed to 200mph everywhere that I could find with no change. If I take off quickly from a stop when it is cold it shifts while locked. It also seems like the more throttle i give it the harder it locks. When it first starts to lock it seems like it is only partial, but the more throttle I give it the more solid it seem to apply. It is easy to pick up because I have a 3400 rpm converter. HELP!
