2013 Mustang Gt Mt-82 to 6R80 swap

I am swapping a 6R80 into a 2013 Mustang Gt. Mechanically I have the swap covered. Can I use HP Tuners to flash a auto calibration into the stock manual ecu?

I have a ecu out of a 2014 Mustang Gt that had a 6R80 from the factory. What needs done to use this ecu in the 2013? I've searched and have not found solid directions on which route is best and the steps involved.

Is there a company I can ship the 2014 auto ecu too and have them program it to work in the 2013 manual car?
