Your MAP is too high at idle. Inj PW gets too high . Seems like WOT conitions.
Look for leaks...
IMO your fuelling is out a bit. VE table needs adjustment. That cam is a great piece, ive done dozens of them. Target idle between 750-780 generally on those cams. I always make the cam timing static in all tables. What ever is in the WOT table, I set in the PT table at the same RPM point irrespective of the load point. Once u turn NN off you only have 1 single VE table so u need to make the VVT only work to 1 table
I had the same problem with that cam on a 14 RAM with the 8 speed, I went in an enabled sensed map and it cleared it right up without any driveability problems. Not sure if that is the proper way but its what worked for me.
I take a look at cold start and see, if you go into drive the fueling goes into ANN and not longer uses the cold start conditions.
Dont know exactly if the cams goes in Lockpin if it idles in neutral, I havent logged this yet.
So idle conditions depends on P/N and D
