Additional tables added for pops/burble tune

It's been a common issue so far that tuners are struggling to achieve the burble tune their customers want. While it has been possible, additional tables have been added to VCM Editor to make this process easier.

You must update to latest beta in order to access these tables. If you don't see them, please submit a support ticket (do not reply on here) and they will be added to your file.

Additional note: these tables are not in the VR motors.

Are the current values in each tables customized already for the pops, or are those original values?
