What causes KR when PE enables?

    Hi
I always get KR logged when I enter PE mode.
Can't figure out how to get rid of it.
Have been using the stock gm stage tune, and recently installed 60lb/hr injectors to see if it made any noticeable effect on the amount of kr logged, which it didn't. My idc's dropped from 128% to 80% though, so that was good.
I'll attach some sample logs etc.

I noticed the plug choice is that because they don't make a 2 steps colder plug in copper,I have always been told that copper works best with the supercharged LSJ?

I would think it might partly have to do with the fact that your pushing 15psi with an a/f ratio in the mid 13's...just a guess though.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Give 'er 11.6:1 AFR in PE and see where it puts you. Mid 13's for AFR @ WOT is CRAZY!!! You are gonna cook your rings...Camed I run 13.0 down to 12.5,and for N2O I go as low as 11.6:1

just look at your commanded afr man...being general here but under 14.7:1 commanded afr means you've entered PE more then likely, but dude look at frame 108 of that first log...189kpa map which off the top of my head is like 12-13psi of boost yet your commanded afr is 13.6:1 & actual is close to 16.0:1 lol duh hehe...yeah thats a bit lean pushing that much boost...2 frames or 4/10ths later you get knock retard...seems too coincidental to me.

If you are going to work on the VE and MAF tables then set your PE mode to kick in at 100% throttle. Get the tables in line, but you still MUST reduce your,.....ahhh to hell with this.........POST YOUR TUNE FOR ME PLEASE. If you wouldn't mind, let us have a look at your tune, and I'll show you a couple of things. I'm sure Russ and foff667 will jump in to help too

I just think your pe entry settings need tweaking to be honest.

Enrichment rate is awfully slow. Id bump that a bit. The PE table needs to be increased as well. Move it up in small #'s and scan for results as you go. Watch as your AFR will hit faster and deeper. Boosted the way you are I'd guess you would want to see at least 11.7....

Make the changes as shown. Also disable the COT by setting the min & max adders to 0. Note that your car uses the total knock retard pid, this includes burst knock. Also the PE spark table adds timing when in PE. Your VE table looks like nothing I've ever seen. Did you have the car in open loop while tuning the VE with the wideband, and was the commanded part throttle AFR at 14.7? You may have to set up the open loop tables to get the commanded AFR at 14.7 in open loop.

Wondering if your torque reduction has anything to do with this(Spark reduction Vs torque)? Looking at the scan it seem to get much better as you go(AFR, PE mode, a lot less KR). Not all changes are instant... drive it a bit between tunes to get a good idea of what's going on.

I can't find your table for "delay of pe mode"?? In the V-6 it's with the PE tables?? Do you have this table? If so, make sure that is set to "0"
