Changed 68RFE TCM and now when trying to Write says UNLICENSED VEHICLE

I had an unfortunate event while flashing my 2009 68rfe TCM and ended up having to replace the TCM, now when going to write the TCM I get unlicensed vehicle message. I'm sure this has to do with a different s/n with the new TCM, so either how do I change serial number or delete licensed TCM and re-license my new TCM, I'm fine with using two more credits but how does one go about relicensing?
