    E90 Exchange program

I have a brand new E90 ecm here that I want to send it to get unlocked but every time I select it on the website it says out of stock. Am I doing something wrong here?

Maybe the support guys can chime in but as I understand this is a SWAP service, so you send your ECM in, and they send you a (different) modified one back. I take this to mean they don't have any modified ones to send you...

That would make sense. Sure would be nice if the support guys could chime in.

We have temporarily disabled purchase of this item, no eta as to when it will be available.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I just went on today to place an order and got the Out of Stock notice. I hope it is just ordering has outpaced current inventory and not something else. I would think there would be some buffer with exchanges until you exceed the magic number of units in the pool.

I am new here and ordered the MPVI2 pro and 8 credits last month with plans to exchange the E90 this month. Perhaps I did that backwards? Sure hope they come available soon and if HP is keeping a wait list please put me on it!

I Just a whipple kit and have no way of tuning it right now and no answer from HP tuners. I mean if they need stock virgin pcms I can get them.

Support told me that the Chip shortage is the problem right now. They don't have chips to modify the ECM and have no ETA on when they will get them. Sucks I didn't find out until after starting a Cam swap on a truck

Oh great is the EPA over reach making it way to HP Tuners now? Cobb just announced they had to discontinue support for some things because the EPA came after them.

This is more likely the issue. Try going to an electronics distributor and see if you can find any MPC5777C chips... Maybe EPA bought all of the chips

I saw diablosport is able to do this, but when I talked with one of the engineers they stated they can only do a few adjustments on the pcm and do not offer any custom tuning yet for the e90. Im suck with a 8k supercharger right now because of this.

Are stock E90's worth anything for a core? I know most have theirs to send in.,
