Hello how could i rev the engine to the redline with a bike cutoff in 2017 gmc 5.3 i already increased both cutoff and resume to
Cutoff 6300
Resume 6290
But there is no a cutoff sound just a normal sound when i rev it in neutral

If it's a stock 5.3, I wouldn't just free rev it that high. Not without better valve springs, plus you are way outside of the usable range for the camshaft at 6,300rpm.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Well its not stock it has some bolts on i just want to know how to rev it like a bike

You need to lower them not raise them.
