    MDI2 and HP tuners compatibility

Hello everyone. I'm a tech at a GM dealership and I have my own MDI2. I recently purchased a 2011 Silverado and wanted to be able to tune it's ECU. Is the MDI2 capable of being used by HP Tuners to communicate with and write the ECU? I use the MDI2 for software flashing and diagnostics with SPS/TLC/Tech2Win so I know how it works but haven't found clear information if it works with HP Tuners. I also have used the MDI2 with Forscan on some Ford/Mazda vehicles.

    Any help is appreciated.

You have to have the HP Tuners device to tune it.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
