    2002 GMC Sierra 4x4

I have a 2002 GMC Sierra with 5.3l 4l80E transmission. i have my tune sorted so i thought and at 4000 rpms it like it hit rev limiter and will not build speed at higher miles per hour. I am attaching my data log and tune. Any help would be appreciated. orangetrial2.1.hpttrail with 2.1.hpl Cam specs are 224/230 .553/.547 111+2, Long tube headers 3 inch dual exhaust, LSX 40,000 coil packs ls6 valve springs, and 706 heads

The file that downloads from your embedded link above is a tune file, not a log file. I'd bet that your engine is going very lean at 4000 RPM and a log file might reveal that condition.

In that datalog, you are down to four degrees of timing at 4000 rpm. I would recommend that you adjust your timing tables so that you get it to at least 20 degrees to start with. What fuel are you running?

He's way out of fuel injector.

Don't even bother tuning this thing with 25lb/hr injectors.

The gear tire wizard says it has 37's for a tire size but the stock shift settings are still in there??

I am running 91 grade fuel and I just did a 4l80e swap has a 3000 stall and I have the 35 pound injectors. I just did the segment swap for the 4l60e to 4l80e. And I am running 37 inch tires and about to change rear gears to 4.56. I'll try to post the log file. This is the way the guy tuned my truck before I decided to try to learn it my self. The only thing I changed was cutting back on my long term fuel trim and a little bit of timing besides the segment swap for trans.datalog1.hpl latest data log

You'll need to update the tune for the new injectors.

Something is kinda screwy with your gear tire wizard and the shift settings. The values in all your shift tables are for a truck that has 30in tires and 4.10 years like on a stock truck. If I take a stock file and apply the changes for 37's and the current 3.73's I get wildly different shift settings than your current tune has.

yes all I did was segment swap a factory 4L80E tune because i just did the swap and i am trying to learn this tuning thing because i paid about 600 for a messed up tune that i have had to deal with until i got around to the trans swap and got HP Tuners. I am slowly playing with it as to not to break anything if that makes sense.
