    I just ordered HPT as I am tired of DynoJet's lack of feature and terrible customer service. I'll be using this on a 21 XPT, to start.

    And I've been asked if I tune HPT for so long, I figured I should learn it and support it.

    anyone locates that hex address. lemme know. I mod the Hex dump. Here's a stock brand new 2021 OEM pro XP bin file if your curious about what's in the actual unlocked code.

    The blue O2 sensor is a WBO2, which is on non-CA models as well.

    I would like to make just a few small adjustments. 1. stop the annoying false misfire codes. 2. after putting on an K&N filter and aftermarket assassins muffler, it keeps throwing me into limp mode with the same misfire codes. Just a little guidance would be nice, for Christ's sake everyone wants $250+ just to help each other out. motorsports and racing folks used to GIVE each other thousands of dollars worth of parts and knowledge simply for the fun of the sport...boy are those days gone! This forum should be a group of enthusiasts sharing tunes and tricks for FREE! wanna help?

    There is a whole misfire tab under engine diagnostics you could check out. I assume engine roughness tables would need to be adjusted. im not sure what the changes need to be

    disabling the DTCs under the DTC tab might solve it completely there are 3 there. that might solve it or still go to limp mode with no code displayed. that route might be risky if you develop another issue and the misfire detection is disabled

    Do you have a thread started with your stock read? That's what most never do. They come asking for help, but never take the time to post a read of their ECU. Hard to help without it.

    Curious if we will get support for 2014 Ranger 900 XPs? Has anybody tuned this year/model even though HPT only supports 2015+?

    Totally different ECU's. I doubt there will be support for them. There are solutions available, but they will all be bench read/write most likely.

    As far as I can tell it's a Bosch ME17.9.74. Is there something else that is different about it? I might just go the route of buying a 2015 ECU if it is a software issue that you are talking about. I have heard of other people being able to install a 2015 into a 2014 with no issues which makes me skeptical about not being able to tune mine. Not trying to be difficult just trying to find a path forward thanks for the reply.

    Does it have a single plug to the ECU or 2 plugs?

    I just looked at the fiche and it is ME17.9.74 There should be a part number on the front of it 401xxxx can you provide that number?

    13 and 14 both have ME17.9.74.
    I sent in the calibration read and info log for my 13 and they added it. It doesn't have anything for speedo and seems to be missing quite a bit of channels, but it is supported now

    Post your file so I can see whats missing and why it doesn't have more channels.
