Tune for 2018 Sierra 5.3 8 speed 4x4

Testing to see if anyone has a tuned truck with the same setup as I do, that they wouldn't mind sending me, before I go messing around with it myself. Currently just a completely stock set up, absolutely nothing has been changed or removed. Just trying to get some more power out of it in the mean time until I throw a cam, springs, and turbo on it.
