You are going to need a wideband to tune it correctly, you can do some tuning with the fuel trims but you are rich and won't be able to tune WOT without a wideband. We can help more once you have that set up.

The AEM 30-0334 is the easiest to set up with HpTuners.

AEM piggybacks on your OSB. Wideband is necessary to safely tune your vehicle.

You have to tune the vehicle yourself with Hptuners. Or there are a few well known tuners who will tune it remote for you for a fee. If you have a specific question you need help with, plenty of people will help.

No it does not mean it’s at stoich, 450 mv is stoich. O2 readings are a really bad way to tune WOT, and you can grenade a motor doing so. Get a wideband, disable your O2s, and put it in one of your existing O2 bungs. 900 mv could be any AFR above stoich. Narrowband O2s cannot read anything far out from stoich. They are only useful for fuel trimming at part throttle, and sometimes useful to tune part throttle.
