I have just bought a Cambox V4 and can't use Racerender to edit files as it doesn't support HVEC files. I have Windows 8.1 on my desktop and I believe it's to do with missing codecs.
Strangely I can play the video's with VLC Player so why can't RR recognise them?
I have tried HPTuners for support twice but have not received any reply
