Commanded AFR vs actual - VE table?

Wideband is showing 10.4 - 10.8ish when the commanded afr is 12.75. Is this a VE table adjustment?

Commanded AFR WOT 12.7 (per log)
Desired FA Ratio WOT is 0.0809 (12.3)
Actual AFR in WB WOT is 10.4 - 10.8ish
FA+PE Ratio is in the low 12.*s afr

This seems not right and a VE table thing. I've since pulled more PE out to see how that responds but haven't ran it yet.
Wideband is in rear stock o2 location; truck is catless.

Are you changing your PE value to get the actual AFR you want? If so, that's the absolute wrong way to do it.

Adjust your VE so your actual meets your commanded.

I actually have my VE zero'd out and adjusting AF's using the PE value. I'm doing this based on a tune recommended for my car....this is the wrong way to do it? I'm still learning myself and that's what I was recommended to do. Doing it this way I've been able to command my WOT AF's and normal cruising AF's with no problem.....Granted IDK, this could be the wrong way to do it.....

if you still have NN on it uses PE tables, if you switch NN off you use VE tables...I suggest at least putting the VE tables back to stock settings and not listening to whoever told you to zero the VE tables. So yes that IS NOT the correct way to tune.

    ok, thanks for the info.....
Yes my NN is still on.....
I tried the NN training here with the recommended VE tables zeroed and my PE where I want and the car performed so much crappier than my butt dyno....
I thought I was doing good as the HPT TQ readings were my highest at 293ft/lb with the zero'd VE tables and the NN on and just adjusted the PE tables.
So, with NN on.....DONT 0 out the VE tables, and just adjust the PE tables to keep the A/F's where you want them?
