MVPI-2/PRO with oil pressure sensor

I am wanting to set up a digital display in my Classic running the HPtuner scanner, rather than cheap digital unknown gauges. As such I'll need to get oil pressure feed via the "blue?" wire. I think?

What would be the recommended sensor and how would I set it up in the scanner?

I have found a micro PC, and have already purchased the Screen, I can add a touch screen as well. just need to gather the parts and information

the Idea is to build some sort of a console to fit under the dash for all of this.

here is what I found

LS1 oil pressure:
0.5V = 0 psi
4.5V = 130 psi
