    Thank you.

2006 Trailblazer 5.3 and 2006 Trailblazer 6.0 are different as well with the exact same fuel system and injectors too, though they do use different OSes for whatever reason. IFR differences are more like a rounding error, but the difference in the Offset tables are pretty wild. And then there's a third version for the same injector in stuff like the LY5, though those are E38s and so harder to spot the changes at just a glance.

It is a bone stock motor. It will have an aftermarket sheet aluminum intake for looks only. Stock throttle body. Shorty headers. I am going to reduce the engine limiter down a bit, likely pull a little timing etc. Last thing I want is him to break the trans-axle the first time he drives it. Oh and a card style MAF.

Good luck with the shiny intake, at least it has a stock tb. I have a startup i did for a similar combo using a nearly stock 4.8 manual spark map. It had the ebay intake, 700r, no speed signal or p/n swith. Should be as safe as they come.

So a while back I made some comments about Deka 60 data and said I would try the latest revision listed here. It seemed to work ok, but I had nothing to directly compare it to. I just swapped the 60lb injectors for FIC 1000cc injectors, and the the largest trim variance I have encountered so far was about 10% off from the tune with the 60s. In most areas off idle the difference has been less than that, although I have not finished retuning the VE table. This leads me to believe that the data must be fairly accurate for both sets, when I can change injector size by that much and have such little retuning to do.

That's why blindsquirrel's 412 refined data is so spot on. You can go from almost any injector to those 50lb's and it is dead nutz.

Thank you so much! What should the data be in the default injector pulsewidth be? The same as the minimum injector pulsewidth? Thanks a ton!

I am looking for some advice and assistance, My installation is a 02 Gen III 5.3 Truck motor installed in an 05 Jeep LJ, mated to a 4L80E. I have installed 12613412 L96 injectors, the ECU is a P01. Is there injector data for this combination available?

Problem is two things - posting whole tune files just for the injector data is kinda inefficient, and, posting just the data assumes that people will know to verify they're using the data right - right fuel pressure, right regulator type, etc. Some percentage of people will just find a file/data for a given injector# and use it, not realizing their setup needs something different.
I'm looking for the injector data for the 12594512 injectors. I'm using the ACDelco 217-3299 Fuel Injection Pressure Regulator
